Sommaire: This thing sucks...in a good way. Quick clean ups are pleasurable, and I expect it to pleasure anyone as long as it's not needed for too long/big jobs. For big jobs, get a real vac but this thing is perfect for cars/quick spills, with overnight charges.
Extrait This Dyson is extremely easy to use as it has very basic functions of hold the trigger in when you want the cleaner to go into suction mode. You proceed to hold the cleaner over whatever it is you are trying to clean such as crumbs on a cushion and this device will clean it right up in a matter of seconds. This cleaner is very small in size size which lets it be easily used in any space necessary.
Extrait This little hoover is a diamond as far as I am concerned and I can use it for all sorts of little jobs. We are a busy house of 2 adults and 4 children there is always something to hoover up! It is so easy to use and empty that my 11 year old daughter reaches for it rather than the big Dyson when hoovering her room. We have got real wood flooring downstairs and generally I sweep dust into a pile and hoover the excess bits with the DC31.
Sommaire: Delivery was excellent. And price as promised. But this sweeper is very diappointing for a Dyson. Does not have paticularly Dyson like suction, and does have short battery time and rather ackward handling. I'll keep working with it. Maybe it'll get better.
Short-lived battery, short-lived charges and way overpriced

Sommaire: All in all the Dyson DC31 appeared to be far better engineered than it was! It certainly has convincing marketing and the design appears to be solid but that has not proven to be the case. My DC31 lasted just over 2 years (of light use, cleaning up occasional small messes in less than a minute, mostly) and then the battery died. I then paid nearly $50 for a replacement battery which lasted less than 2 months. That's the end of this nonsense for me.
